How We Work with Freelancers
Our 4-Step Process for Successful Creative Collaboration
Step 1: Application & Portfolio Review
Once you submit your application, we review your portfolio and experience to see if there’s alignment with upcoming projects. If there’s a potential fit, we reach out to discuss next steps.
Step 2: Network Onboarding
You’ll be added to our internal roster of trusted creatives. With your permission, we’ll list your name, photo, title, and location on our website’s Creative Network page.
Step 3: Project Matching & Briefing
When a project comes up that fits your skills and availability, we’ll send you a clear brief with deliverables, timelines, and pay. You can accept or pass no pressure.
Step 4: Paid Work & Ongoing Collaboration
Once confirmed, you’ll work directly with us or the client (depending on the project). We handle communication, payments, and creative direction professionally and promptly.
