Simple Steps to Elevate Your Online Presence
1. Access Your Google My Business Account:
If you’re new, Go to https://business.google.com/create and create a profile or claim your existing business.
If you already have a profile:
Search for your business on Google and find your Business Profile panel on the right. Click “Manage now”.
Or, go directly to https://business.google.com/ and sign in.
2. Find the “Edit Profile” Button:
Look for the “Edit Profile” button or link. It’s usually located in a prominent area of your profile, such as a top menu or sidebar.
Click “Edit Profile” to start making changes.
3. Find the “Social profiles” Area:
Navigate to the Contact section of your profile (where you’ll also find your phone number, address, etc.).
Scroll down to locate the “Social profiles” area. This is where you’ll add those important social media links to expand your reach online.
4. Add Your Social Media Profiles:
Click the “Add social profile” button.
A dropdown menu will appear. Select the social media platform you’d like to add.
Carefully paste the direct link to your profile in the designated field. Tip: Most platforms have a specific link format – usually your social media handle after the platform’s website address.
5. Save Your Changes:
Remember to save your changes! Your customers can easily discover and connect with you across all your social platforms.
